You will need the following information:
- Account Type
- SSN
- Valid Email Address
- Valid Physical Address
- Date of Birth
- Driver's License Info
- Valid Govt Issued Photo ID
***Notes - Clients over 70.5 yrs. of age will also need to complete and submit a suitability form which must be approved prior to processing the transfer and establish the account. ***
Summary of the Process:
- Open your account with the Link you have been provided
- Confirm your Email
- Login to your Account
- Fund your account using a Transfer Request or Deposit
- Submit your Investment Documents for processing

- Please access the user portal by clicking the custom Link that was provided to you by your representative for opening an account, or go to the Log in page and click Sign Up
Form Screen 1 - Account Information
Please fill out the requested Account Holder information:
- Account Type -
- Traditional IRA - is a type of individual retirement account in which individuals can make pre-tax contributions and the investments in the account grow tax-deferred
- Roth IRA - is a type of individual retirement account in which individuals can make post-tax contributions and the investments in the account grow tax-deferred
- Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) - allows employers to contribute to traditional IRAs (SEP-IRAs) set up for employees
- Simple IRA -allows employees and employers to contribute to traditional IRAs set up for employees. It is ideally suited as a start-up retirement savings plan for small employers not currently sponsoring a retirement plan.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) - tax-advantaged savings accounts designed to help people who have high-deductible health plans (HDHPs) pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses
- Trust - Non Qualified Cash Account
- Social Security Number
- Username (Create a Username for logging into your account )
- Email Address
- Password (Create a Password for logging into your account)

Please fill out the requested Account Holder information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Street Address (This will need to be a Primary Physical Address - No Business Addresses or PO Box)
- Address 2 (optional) - (This can be a Po Box)

- Zip Code
- Select Next
Form Screen 3 - Personal Information
Please fill out the requested Personal information:
- Date of Birth
- Marital Status
- Drivers License Number
- Drivers License State
- Phone Number
- Select Next
Form Screen 4 - Photo ID Verification

Pay Fees From Credit Card - Link the credit card to your account to cover account fees and minimum balance requirements

Pay Fees From Total Cash - Account fees and minimum balance requirements will be deducted from the funds in your account. Please be sure to transfer enough funds to cover all fees and minimum balance requirements in addition to your investment amount

- Please review all the information and select Submit for review

Email Verification - All users will be sent a verification email to complete the account set up. Please verify the account by clicking on the link in the email
