If your Signing Request is currently On Hold for Correction, it means there are issues with the request that need to be addressed before it can proceed. Follow the steps below to make the necessary corrections or upload additional documents:
Step 1: Log in to the Online Portal
Start by logging into your account on the AET Online Portal. Make sure you have your login credentials ready.
Step 2: Access Signing Requests
Once logged in, navigate to the “Signing Requests” section on the left-hand side of the screen. This is where you can manage all your signing requests.
Step 3: Select the Request
Find the request that has a status of “On Hold for Correction”. Click on the request to open it and review what needs to be corrected in the "Notes" section of the signing request.
Step 4: Edit the Request
Click on the three-dot menu next to “See Details” and select “Edit”. This will allow you to make the necessary corrections or upload any missing documents.
Step 5: Make the Necessary Corrections
Once in edit mode, you can either make the required changes to the existing information or upload any documents that are needed. Be sure to carefully review any instructions or requests from AET regarding the corrections needed.
Step 6: Review Your Corrections
After making the necessary changes, click on the “Review” button to ensure everything is correct before submitting.
Step 7: Submit the Corrections
Once you are satisfied with the corrections, click “Submit” to send the updated Signing Request. This will move it forward in the process.
By following these steps, you can easily make corrections or upload documents to an existing Signing Request that is On Hold for Correction, ensuring that everything is in order for approval.
