Accessing Account Statements & Tax Documents in the Online Portal
You can conveniently access and download your monthly account statements and IRS tax documents directly through the IRA Central Online Portal. Follow the steps below to retrieve your documents.
How to Access Your Monthly Account Statements

Log in to the Online Portal
Visit the portal login page and sign in using your username and password. -
Go to the “Documents” Section
Once logged in, navigate to the Documents tab from the main dashboard or menu. -
Click on the “Statements” Header
You will see three headers within the Documents section:-
All Documents – Displays all document types.

Statements – Contains your monthly account statements.

Tax Documents – Contains IRS forms such as 1099s and 5498s.

Select Your Desired Statement
Under the Statements header, choose the monthly statement you would like to view or download. -
View or Download
After selecting the statement, you can view it directly in your browser or download it to your device for recordkeeping.
How to Access Your Tax Documents

Log in to the Online Portal
Use your username and password to access your account. -
Go to the “Documents” Section
From the dashboard, click on the Documents tab. -
Click on the “Tax Documents” Header
This section includes tax-related documents such as:-
IRS Form 1099-R – Reports distributions.

IRS Form 5498 – Reports contributions and Fair Market Value.

Select Your Desired Tax Document
Choose the document you need to view or download from the list provided. -
View or Download
You can open the document in the portal or download it for your personal records.
Important Notice Regarding Account Closure
Once your account has been closed, you will no longer have access to the Online Portal. This includes the inability to retrieve:

Monthly account statements
-
Investment records
-
Transaction history
Please ensure you download and save any necessary documents before your account is closed.
