Add a Primary or Contingent Beneficiary

Follow the instructions below to add either a Primary or Contingent Beneficiary to your account. The share percentages for all Beneficiaries must total 100%.

To add a Primary Beneficiary:

• Login to the "Online Portal"
• Select the "Beneficiaries" tab on the main dashboard
• Click the "Add Primary Beneficiaries" button
• Complete all required fields
  • Click the "Add Another Beneficiary" button to enter an additional Beneficiary
• Click "Review" to verify all information entered
• Click "Submit" to submit the request

*Use the "Add Document" button to upload supporting documentation such as; Trust documentation, etc.*

To add a Contingent Beneficiary:

• Login to the "Online Portal"
• Select the "Beneficiaries" tab on the main dashboard
• Click the "Add Contingent Beneficiaries" button
• Complete all required fields
  • Click the "Add Another Beneficiary" button to enter an additional Beneficiary
• Click "Review" to verify all information entered
• Click "Submit" to submit the request

*Use the "Add Document" button to upload supporting documentation such as; Trust documentation, etc.*
