Linking your Bank Account allows you to make deposits and withdrawals from your Accounts.
Remember that if you have a Retirement Account, Deposits and Withdrawals will be considered Contributions and Distributions.
You will need:
- External Bank Account Username or Email
- External Bank Account Password
There are two methods to link your Bank Account:
Method 1: During a Deposit or Contribution
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Select Deposit or Contribution
- Select any Type of Transfer (ACH, Wire or Check)
- Under Linked Bank Account, select Link Bank Account
- In the dialog box that appears, select Continue
- Select your Banking Institution from the searchable list
- Input your External Bank Credentials that you use to log into that institution
- If required, verify your account using Two-Factor Authentication
- Select the Account that you would like to link
You are ready to make Deposits, Withdrawals and use Bill Pay!
You can review all your liked accounts from the Payment Methods screen in Settings.
Method 2: In Payment Methods Tab
- Navigate to your Settings
- Select the Payment Methods tab
- Select Link Bank Account
- In the dialog box that appears, select Continue
- Select your Banking Institution from the searchable list
- Input your External Bank Credentials that you use to log into that institution
- If required, verify your account using Two-Factor Authentication
- Select the Account that you would like to link
You are ready to make Deposits, Withdrawals and use Bill Pay!
